Acceptance of Terms
By accessing WeWeVibe.com or the WeWeVibe app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, subscribers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Zero-Retention & Required Permissions
WeWeVibe provides a real-time, ephemeral communication platform. Our core architectural principle is Zero-Retention — meaning your data is never stored.
Required Device Permissions
To successfully utilize core application features, you agree to grant specific device permissions:
- SOS Notifications: You must allow push notifications from your device settings (or turn them on within the app) to receive emergency SOS alerts.
- Sharing Vibes: You must turn on your mobile location services and grant the app location access to share "vibes" with others. Consistent with our model, this data is processed strictly in real-time and never logged.
No Storage
You acknowledge that WeWeVibe does not store your content. Once a session is closed or a message is delivered, it is permanently deleted from our volatile memory. This is by design, not a limitation.
User Responsibility
Because we do not retain data, WeWeVibe cannot "retrieve" or "recover" lost accounts, messages, or media for you. You are solely responsible for any information you wish to preserve outside the app.
User Conduct & Prohibited Acts
To maintain a safe and lawful environment for all users, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following:
- Use the app for any illegal activities under U.S. State or Federal law.
- Circumvent our Zero-Retention architecture to scrape, intercept, or store other users' data.
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or the distribution of non-consensual sexual imagery (NCSI).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its security systems.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any organization.
- Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code.
WeWeVibe reserves the right to terminate access for any user found in violation of these conduct standards, without prior notice.
Age Requirements
In accordance with the 2026 App Store Accountability Acts, users must be at least 13 years old to access the WeWeVibe platform.
- Users under 18 in specific states (e.g., TX, CA, UT) may require verifiable parental consent via the App Store's integrated APIs before accessing the app.
- We do not knowingly allow access to children under the age of 13. If we become aware of such access, we will take immediate action to restrict it.
- Parents or guardians who believe their child has accessed the service should contact us immediately at privacy@wewevibe.com.
Subscriptions & Payments Apple Compliant
WeWeVibe offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play. In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 3.1.2(c), the following terms apply:
📋 Subscription Details
- The title, duration, and price of each subscription plan are clearly displayed on the in-app purchase screen before any purchase is initiated.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play Account Settings.
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term, except where required by applicable law.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Limitation of Liability
WeWeVibe is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied.
- Since we do not retain data, we are not liable for any loss of information or communication failures resulting from session termination.
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime but are committed to ensuring 100% privacy when the service is active.
- WeWeVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
App Store Privacy Summary Apple Compliant
When submitting to the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following "Privacy Nutrition Label" responses apply:
