No Profiles: We do not create user profiles based on your behavior or preferences.
No Account Required: We do not require you to create an account with personal identifiable information.

4. Required Permissions & Temporary Data
To provide our core functionalities and a secure connection, WeweVibe requires certain device permissions and temporarily processes specific technical data:
Push Notifications: You must allow push notifications from your app settings to receive SOS notifications.
Location Services: You must turn on mobile location and give location access to the app to successfully share vibes.
Technical Data: We temporarily process your IP address or device identifier strictly for the duration of your active session to route messages.
All data processed through these permissions and connections is:
Purged immediately upon session termination.
Never linked to a permanent identity.
Never shared with third parties.
5. Security Architecture
Because we do not retain data, there is no database for unauthorized parties to breach. All communications within the app are protected by End-to-End Encryption (E2EE), ensuring that only the intended participants can access the content of their interactions. Even WeweVibe cannot access your messages.
6. Compliance with Applicable Laws
While we do not retain data, we acknowledge and comply with all applicable legal frameworks:
California (CCPA/CPRA): Since we do not "sell" or "share" personal information (as we do not collect it), we are inherently compliant with your right to opt-out.
Children's Privacy (COPPA): Our app does not knowingly collect or retain any information from children under the age of 13. Users must be at least 13 years old, in accordance with 2026 App Store Accountability Acts.
2026 State Laws (IN, KY, RI, TX, CA, UT): We meet the strictest data minimization standards by ensuring that no "sensitive data" is ever stored or processed beyond immediate session necessity.
7. Your Rights
Under various state and federal laws, you have the right to know what data is collected about you. Our answer to all "Requests to Know" or "Requests to Delete" is straightforward:
"We have nothing to show and nothing to delete — because nothing was ever saved."

8. Subscription Information Apple Compliant
WeweVibe offers auto-renewable subscriptions. In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 3.1.2(c), the following information is disclosed:
Subscription titles, durations, and prices are clearly displayed on the in-app purchase screen before any purchase is made.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID account settings.
No personal data is collected or retained as part of the subscription process beyond what Apple processes on our behalf.
